Return policy

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return your item if it is still in original packaging and has not been opened. Before you return an item, please send an e-mail to Customer Service at service@sensualcanada.com We may be able to credit your account for the item without having you send it back. In your e-mail, include your order number and the reason you want to return the item (choose one of the following):

• Damage
• Incorrect Item Shipped
• Other (please explain)
  

A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item.
