We currently ship to all street addresses (all shipping methods), and
P.O. boxes within Canada and the 50 United States (standard shipping only),
and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping only). Packages
sent to USA addresses may be delayed by customs handling. Packages sent
to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.
* If ordered before noon, add an extra day if ordered after noon. If items
in your order are temporarily out of stock you will be notified by phone
or email with an estimated ship date. You have the option to modify or
cancel your order at anytime before it has shipped by contacting
orders@sensualcanada.com.
** Delivery times may be longer than times stated and are dependent
upon our carrier. Shipping times are in business days. Weekends are not
included in overall delivery time.
Express order processing
Orders received before 12 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will
be processed the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be processed
the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be
processed on the next business day. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may
require an additional one to two days.
